It's quite simple. To protect your origami jewellery, simply show them some love by looking after them as if they are alive. They are delicate and strong water resistant jewellery. Therefore, recommend to treat them like your precious baby. Of course, they will stay strong when they are shared with love. Imagine your cute little cranes are alive with little souls inside waiting for your love. Roses are soft inside with gentle love. Every piece of origami has its own personality and character. It is recommended to treat them with love and care.
How to look after sterling silver hooks?
Sterling silver hooks are long lasting hooks that will shine with you for a long time. Prevent tarnishing by storing your sterling silver jewellery in an airtight zip-lock plastic bag or one made of tarnish proof cloth. Putting a piece of anti-tarnish paper in the plastic bag will help, too. Sterling silver scratches easily, so don’t just toss it in with other jewellery. Try not to store it directly on wood surfaces as wood contains acids that may mar the finish on sterling silver.
Can I take my origami jewellery to sleep in bed?
The water resistant coating on each origami piece has harden the folding that allows the Washi paper to feel like solid jewellery, accident in occasions they are alright, yet not recommended. As for Hologram paper are already water resistant and sensitive- recommend not to sleep with at night. I understand that we love our jewellery a lot we may take them to bed. However, it is not recommended to bring your origami jewellery to the pillow as the chances of squashing them are high. Best place to keep your origami jewellery can be your jewellery box, jewellery wardrobes, a safe area where no heavy items are on top of it.
Can you take origami jewellery to shower?
I personally have accidentally taken my origami piece to shower with as I completely forgot to take them off. As water resistant in every piece of origami they are safe for touch of water. They will be safe in the rain. However, I wouldn't recommend to purposely have shower with them on a daily bases. :)
